Liposculture

Liposuction for removal of adipose tissue from body. Can be used together with a fat transfer aka fat graft.[1]

Fat Extraction: The first step involves extracting adipose fat from one area of the body using liposuction. Common donor areas include the thighs, abdomen, or buttocks.

Fat Processing: The harvested fat undergoes a process of eliminating fluid, blood, cell fragments, and oil. This is typically achieved through methods such as centrifugation, sedimentation, filtering, washing, and decanting to separate debris, excess fluid, and dead cells from the viable adipose fat cells.

Reinjection: After processing, the purified fat is then reinjected into the area needing improvement. The technique involves distributing the fat graft throughout the various dermal layers of the target area

Implants

Custom molded prosthesis usually made from saline or silicone.

Poly-L-lactic acid injections (PLLA)

Type of dermal filler which can be used for a non-surgical butt lift and to fill hip dips. PLLA is used to stimulate collagen synthesis in fibroblasts via foreign body reaction in the presence of macrophages. Macrophages act as a stimulant in secretion of cytokines and mediators such as TGF-β, which stimulate the fibroblast to secrete collagen into the surrounding tissue. Therefore, PLLA has potential applications in the dermatological studies
